I won an upgraded on the 9th of September which was to be was to be allocated on my next billing date. It wasn't allocated and I called dstv who then told me they could see what I won and it would be allocated. I few days later it was allocated I am now required to pay upgrade fees. This isn't fair call after call and not bring resolved. The last person I talked to was supposed to call me back after 48hrs that was on Thursday. If this is not resolved I will have no choice but to cancel my debit order a day before it goes through as I can't be paying for something I got for free
