******* AND ********** DEBIT ORDERS BY DSTV!!!

I am so disgusted with this DSTV company! For. *******ly debiting my bank account! I cancelled my subscription with DSTV more than 3 months ago! Suddenly they force a debit order on my account! I called their called centre on Tuesday, 21st July for them to reverse it to my bank account because if I reverse it myself, my bank regards this as a disputed debit order and I get charged for it! I was promised thag it will be done by today And till now I have not received my R399.00 . I asked Andisa the lady that assisted me if my services were active with DSTV to trigger such a debit on their side? She confirmed that ny services are not active and they have not been active for 3 months . NOW WHY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT? FLIP THIS IS MESSING UP MY FINANCES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE OMBUDS FOR ******* AND ********** DEBIT OF ACCOUNTS!

This is unacceptable! My bank charged me R110 for a reversed or disputed debit order. I cannot keep reversing as this has a negative impact on my credit profiles. I want my money in my bank account asap! I have other important debit orders to go off! Please remove all my banking details on your side!

I HAVE JUST CALLED MULTICHOICE, I SPOKE TO ANDISA ON THE 21ST WHO PROMISSES ME THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY IN 24HOURS . NOW I CALLED FOLLOWING UP. I SPOKE TO ANELE MKIZE WHO SAID SHE CANNOT SEE A REFUND REQUEST AND CANNOT SEE THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED AND IT IS INACTIVE. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SMOKING IN THAT SPACE! I AM WAITING FOR ZANELE XULU TO CALL ME SEING THAT IT IS TO COLD FOR HER TO STAND UP AND GET TO THE PHONE!!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING? HOW DOES ONE ***** MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND FIND 100 WAYS NOT TO RETURN IT????? I AM NOT GOING TO DISPUTE THIS WITH MY BANK SINCE THEY WIL CHARGE ME. I WANT DSTV TO PAY IT BACK. IF I HAVE 1 DEBIT ORDER BOUNCING BECAUSE DSTV I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO THW HIGHEST COURT IF I HAVE TO!!!!!
