Ifeel so bad with DSTV Multichoice

I am writing this because i feel so bad , Multichoice is not listening to me i once worked for them but now they are so bad. i actually called them to put channel 163 because i like Sbongile & the Dlaminis but now i have missed it for two weeks. Today i am so out of them i will try and cancel everything that has to do with them. I actually cancelled the recording that they do via PVR because i now work at home. But i really dont understand these ppl now they closed my dstv for the third time . On the first time when i called i cancelled but i think its still on why are they doing this to me . My account number is ***5. I really dont understand why are they doing what are they doing to me. Tell me what should i do i dont even have money to buy airtime to call them they should use toll free number
