If I could give a zero rating, I submitted a claim, they gave me an installer that they themselves can get hold of, I’m being told to call the installer myself but when they take my money they are quick, I’m without a decoder but I’m still expected to pay for a service I’m not using, don’t change to the new platinum insurance they offer
