If a **** was a company!!

No downgrade option i am told...all the other agents have said that they will downgrade for me. n the 28th is the date where i must downgrade. I called today and i am told that i need to pay first R877 owing before a downgrade. Who even upgraded it to that amount as i was told extra view is R90 which i have two and the compact plus is R419. So i expected to pay R599 not R877. This is a real *******. Your services are pay as you goo but i am expected to pay R877 before i downgrade....Does it make any sense?? i downgrade because i cannot afford this ridiculous amount that i am expected to pay anyway for a downgrade.
