I WROTE A COMPLAINT FOU MONTHS AGO, NO HELP????!@#

Hi,<br> <br> 22 September 2015 I wrote a complaint that I have been insulted and called names by you very own staff, and that my dstv was installed by a con-artist who put old things. And all Multichoice does is to read my complaints and emails and do nothing because they are interested in rippng off customers. I paid R900 to replace the old multichoice LNB Receiver and to get the signal finally working. *** is on? Why are you treating me like a ******? I have about 4 decorders which I pay monthly, and yet I am been ****ed up in the ears. I need the R900 I wasted back because had someone paid attention, I would not have paid a cent since well the ****en decorder was still under guarantee. You sell us old staff. I am just ****ed off infact.
