I would like to complain about dstv and a particular agent named Thando

I would like to complain about dstv and a particular agent named Thando. When the call started she answered my call and thereafter placed me on hold for 6minutes without giving me a reason. When i questioned her about why she has done this she refused to answer me and then placed me on hold without solving my query. I feel disrespected because the call was over 30minutes long she has not answered me and by her dropping the call before I could get the answers I called in for will now be costing me additional funds and precious time. I have never been this disrespected in my life by any company. I would like to know if this is what dstv is teaching there staff.
