I woke up today Dstv...

I woke up today Dstv has disconnected their service and I always pay them on the 20th of every month without missing, then I went to My dstv app to check what the problem, I noticed Dstv decided to change my package from Compact plus to Premium without notifying me, what is disgusting is that i just payed them on the 22nd of june, today the 27 my Subscription is disconnected with a reason that I should pay extra 480 to reconnect my subscription, but i have never requested premium package infact I can change it myself on my Dstv app if I want to change packages.
