I wish there was zero star so that I could rate Dstv Multichoice

I think Multichoice Dstv since it's a monopoly or is leading in the pay tv industry has lost its zeal and feel it can treat customers as it wishes because of its monopoly. I am on Dstv access. They have been encouraging me to upgrade and I didn't. Now they are using other means to get money of me. They disconnected me this month without giving me a notice on the phone through SMS or email address or even send me a massage on my decoder. I have paid them R110. I paid at GAME Menlyn. It is more that what you pay per month on access.

Now they claim I have to pay reconnection fees and also another R50 for last month even when I paid on time. They ride and not helpful when I was trying to talk to them this morning and the two people I was communicating with refused to give me their names or put me to their superiors to help resolve my complaint.
