On the 12th i logged a helopeter complaint as i have been contacting multichoice with no luck. U camm them then when they see they are in the wrong they will make u wait on the line saying they are coming back untill your airtime is finished and when u drop no one will call back. On the 13th i was called regarding the query i had and even now when you check my helopeter page they promisef to escalate to the price lock department but no further communication after two weeks. My installation of the explorer was not complete but they can easly send an sms for notice of debit order on the 25th. I asked the guy that was following up on my helopeter query how much i will pay month end seeing that my installation was not done and he aaid nothing up untill installation was complete. This morning i wake up to the sms that they will debit the two months amount. For Feb and March. What am i paying for? My installation was not completed, then why am i being billed
