I was told I owe R68.38 on a timeline that is seen
On the 8th of August a multichoice agent on their twitter account @dsvtcare decided that they would tweet on a public timeline that I owed them R68.38. This amount was due because they hadnt been able to downgrade my services or allocate my payment.

This was my question: ?\@NoniMsi Aug 8
@DStvCare high. I was told my decoder is broke @ yr Durban central service centre. Can my dstv sub be cancelled till I buy a new decoder?"

Answer from VHN \""@DStvCare: @NoniMsi Services are suspended on your account due to an overdue amount of R68.38. ~VNH\""
This was rude and showed no regard to my privacy as a customer.
Because my decoder is broken there was no way I could know that my service had been suspended"
