I was ****** by Dstv
I was charged 780 for my April bill and I have the compact plus package. When I called to find out the couldn’t explain it to me and the consultant said it is what it is. So disgusted in the service

Kindly note that DStv did not receive a request from you stating that you would not be using their services for the month of April 2020. You were supposed to inform DStv any day before the 01 April 2020 or exactly on the 01 April 2020 that they should disconnect your services for some sort of reason.
Your services were active from 01 April 2020 and they were disconnected on the 09 April 2020 when DStv noticed that they have not received a payment for your services.
Please see a break down of the amount of R755.33 paid on the 30 April 2020:
R158.70 - for services from 01 April 2020 till 09 April 2020
R50.00 - reconnection fee charged to reconnect your services on the 30 April 2020
R546.63 - to view DStv from 30 April 2020 till 31 May 2020.
Please note that amount due on the 01 June 2020 is R529.00.

18 May 2020, 10:00I have never been charged anything outside my subscription and reconnection fee since when does this happen and I have two accounts I’m paying for and that has never happened just stop ******** people and coming up with bull**** excuses.
