I was promised my DStv Compact and DStv Internet services would be combined and linked for simple billing

I was promised my DStv Compact and DStv Internet services would be combined and linked for simple billing. What I got was a massive overcharge and confirmation that DSTV intentionally set me up with TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE ACCOUNTS. The Lie: One linked package, one easy bill. The Reality: They split my service into two separate accounts (*** & ***), charged me R769.99 (instead of the correct R347.44 + Internet fee), and forced me to chase a refund. This is a clear case of being duped by the sales process just to get the sign-up. I'm now demanding they either link the accounts as promised or I'm cancelling the Internet service immediately
