I was offered the price lock campaign but never got called back

Multichoice called me about 3 weeks ago to offer me the price lock as well as the DSTV upgrade for the machine, to which I accepted, the call got cut while we were almost at the end of the application, I was not called back, and I had to call in and was told the application was processed and I wil get feedback, I called again yesterday and the agent said she will get them to call me, today they call me to say they are offering me the explorer and befoere I could tell them I did say yes to the price lock and the machine upgrade the call got cut, why call me to offer me these campaigns and then when I accept I never hear back from you,
