I want to watch dstv, but can't

I registered with DStv on Friday, it is Monday evening after several calls to the call centre my subscription haven't been activated - I CAN'T WATCH ANY TV!!! My account is WAY OVER the limit, I was registered on the Premium package which I DIDN'T ASK FOR!!! Call centre can't help, need to go into service centre!! I live in a small town, NOT A CITY!!!!! I MUST PAY FOR SOMETHING I CAN'T EVEN USE!!!!
