I want to pay!!

i took out the price lock service in 2020. the service stopped later that year. i have been trying to get the full amount i need to pay in order from DSTV in order for them to remove or update my credit report. i called in and keep getting the run around dont u want the money ? i dont want to reconnect the service i just want to give you what i owe or make arrangements to pay my outstanding amount due to you please no one seems to understand this.
