I WANT TO BE HELPED RIGHT AWAY, JUST LIKE U WANT UR MONEY RIGHT AWAY.

My DSTV has almost been off for a month cause DSTV has decided that I never paid. I have sent proof of payment but that is still not good enough. I want my money back for this month that my kids were unable to watch TV. And I want to be helped right away. I don't think it fair that first you take my money with no service and now I must waste all my airtime calling only not to get helped. Please sort this out.
