I want my refund

I have cancelled my dstv subscription months ago...I am still waiting for my refund...not credits in my account but an actual refund. I have sent numerous emails and made calls to the call center. I spoke to a team leader on Wednesday who assured me he will get back to me on Wednesday and he never did. How hard can it possibly be to get my refund...frustrated!!! Its costing me more spending money on phone calls and holding on forever than getting my money back.
