I want my money back from Multichoice
My package is dstv compact & I am supposed to be paying R469 & Multichoice deducts R589 claiming I have an extra decoder of which I do not have & this has been having for more than six months.I have made calls & always promised that my issue will be resolved. My last call was on the 12 November 2024 and I spoke to Mellisa (Call Ref ***4-I291).
