I want my Money Back

I am DSTV compact price lock which started in March 2019 the amount i have been paying is R499 + R35 for insurance all in all i pay R534 today i was debited R701.26 when i call MultiChoice i was told that i have an outstanding balance of R163 from August which is unexplained because they are the ones debiting my account i went back to my statement it shows that i was debited R532 last month
