I want my money back

I noticed an sms reflecting a debit order off my account from Dstv. This was incorrect as I had cancelled my Dstv 2 years ago. I called in at the call center and by the second agent hand off, I was told that this was a system and the money will be refunded to me. The agent would call me back to confirm the amount and by when. This never happened. So I called Dstv today and the agent confirmed that due to the value of the refund being +-R 3000, I needed to go to a walk in center to claim this money back. This is ridiculous.

The company was able to take the money off my account in error and are happy to further inconvenience me to return my money. I want my money transferred back into my account.
