I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am very disappointed with how you handle queries or rather your relationship with your customers... I logged a call 2 months ago and was assisted by Sibongile who never got back to me with solid feedback and had to call a gain 2 weeks after and was then assisted by Zodwa who did the same thing until I wrote a review on this very same platform and an efficient gentlemen Andile whom I thought he was at that time dealt with my query and only to find out I was wrong as he left me hanging with the outcome of my query till today. DSTV owes me a lot of money and yet I still support it as my family believes in it (I bought a new decoder and was installed this past Sunday)... Will my query ever be resolved or should I just forget??? Also if you're not aware I don't think that business has been the same since Wi-Fi, Showmax and Netflix were introduced but yet you still treat your existing customers you've had long relationships with like you do with your incompetence of handling queries and staff.
