I want my 400GB Internet Data!!

Hi, i am a DSTV account holder with the DSTV internet, i used to have the 220GB Package, on the 20th November I upgraded to Paid on the 29th November but only the 220GB was loaded, i enquired on DSTV Whatsapp Self Service and i was told the reason why the Data was not loaded was because i needed to pay R184,28 i then made a call and was told the same thing, i paid the R185 and was told the Data will be allocated in a an hour. it has been 24 hours the Data has not been allocated. when i called again i spoke to Larshay Prinsloo, she also told me that the Data will be loaded in 15 minutes, i waited and called again i spoke to a Zandile and she told me the Data will be loaded she then transferred me to her Manager Simamkele and she told me that the data was loaded on the 27th November. i told her that data was on loaded to me on the 29 November and it was 220GB not the 400GB i upgraded to

i want to know why am i being taken for a ride and i have proof of the Data that was allocated to me
