I want dstv to remove insurance I don't want to pay what I don't have thanks

Am un happy with dstv after they 1 day call me and say i must subscribe on insurance I will get decoder then I did after 3 months when I requested for the decoder they now telling me my passport it's passport it's expired but the subscription went through am paying now I want to cancel they giving me a long process which is impossible for me I can't go to the dstv offices am not in south Africa in the moment I want that insurance removed I don't want to pay what I don't have I have been streaming all along I will stop using dstv and close the account I can't suffer this way I have used a lot airtime calling them with no luck what pizz me off it's when they say I can't cancel it I must take my passport to their offices how I will do it while am not aroused 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 dstv remove that this so my kids an continue watching their favorite channels
