I want back my re connection fee from Multichoice.

I paid Multichoice on the 26 July 2015 R340 and when I caontact them they say the did not receive the payment, on the 07 August 2015 they disconnect my DSTV, Then I went to pep store and the I paid R164.80 Including re connection fee Cause I was using access by that time so my instalment was R119.The following week when I contact them they told me that they can now see R340 which was paid on the 26 July.So we agreeed that I will not pay them August but I want Multichoice to pay me back the Re connection fee cause it was not my fault that the funds are not appearing on their side.I was not happy with their service including the Supervisors Cause I spoke to 2 Supervisors butI didnt get help.
