I've lost all hope in this company

After a number of complains regarding my decoder and my smart card, I spoke to Nyeleti Xulu from multichoice she advised that I change ownership of this second hand decoder I got after being wrongly advised by one of the agents. I then explained to her that the owner of the decoder is actually my late grandfather so I can't provide a letter but I can provide everything else e.g.: his death certificate and his ID she then explained that was fine they would go ahead and change the ownership. Fast forward to today I went out of my way to get all those docs fill in the form and send it to them then later on a certain Taholofelo calls me to tell me I need a letter from the magistrate stating that the decoder was left for me., I then tell them that okay that's fine can I have my money back NO Tsholofelo tells me I need to provide a proof of payment together with other documents at this point I'm shocked because the money is in the account what proof do they want? What NONSENSE is this though I mean why can't the multichoice workers advise me correctly from the start so I don't have to go to all these means for nothing? I'm sick of this company nobody knows anything about their job and it's just sickening I've really had it. I'm beyond angry right now I just want my money back that's it cause obviously no one is willing to help me
