I think this company is failing in many ways

I think this company is failing in many ways. For myself i want the same speed they use to cash out money in my account to use it again to return my money to my account .When its come to money they are too foward. Dstv im not going to wait for 24hours to return my R640 as i need it now.You cant deductet twice in my account with different amount and act as if everything is okay
