I simply don't exist to DStv

On Sunday the 27th of March 2022, I subscribed to the premium streaming package for R699 per month. I followed the website prompts, completed my payment via the DStv website. To date the package is not showing on my DStv account. Nor does anyone know of my existence, never mind payment. After hours on the phone, from the one *********** person to the next, they are none the wiser. And refuse to assist.

Not even Formula 1 is worth this pain.
