I regret applying for DStv wifi

I have been calling and chatting to DSTV explaining that i am no longer using their wifi, and i wont be able to pay for the service. I can only continue paying for Family subscription and Instalment plan which is R69.

I don't understand why should i pay for something that i am no longer using and which is even unplugged and put in the box. Than they told me they would disconnect my family subscription if i dont pay the wifi. I mean how is DSTV wifi service. I know if you can't pay for wifi, you cannot use it. Now i am being forced to pay something that i am not using just to be threatened that my family subscription to be disconnected.

I really dont understand and very dissapointed with DStv.
