I received a call from Cynthia who was rude and disrespectful to me
I received a call from Cynthia who was rude and disrespectful to me. She refused to assist or allow me to speak. My query was in simple English yet Cynthia failed to understand it. Cynthia made reference to terms and conditions that did not exist.
