I pay for someone else account

I had a DSTV Business account for a B&B business. I sold the business in March 2021 and send email with formal letter to DSTV Business to cancel my account and then assist new owner with new account on their business name. DSTV did not close my account and keep deducting payments from my business account through a debit order.

I complain with DSTV Business and they close the account in 2024 but refuse to pay back funds they deducted from my account for someone else's business
