I paid my subscription but they won't let me watch dstv

I paid my subscription but they won't let me watch dstv. The only channel that is viewable is channel 100. I have on been the chat online since yesterday and the consultants are not helpful, they can't fix the error but make it my problem. I can't on the TV, APP and website. I really regret activating my account now.
