I paid for my own installation

<p>I bought DSTV explora on a price plan of R149 PM. I received it and called the installer in kempton Park and when he arrived he said that there was no voucher and that DSTV doesn't pay them to install the explora. I then paid them R350. I then called DSTV and they said they will contact me and resolve the issue. It's been a month already and no one called me. Last week Thursday they stole my smart LNB and I called DSTV to see if I can be assisted. They said I must go and buy LNB for R459 just like that. </p>
