I paid but still my acc got closed

<p>Two weeks back i installed an explorer plus two extra views home. Before i got paid 25th i called dstv abt d change of banking details. On pay day instead of a debit order on my new account i got sms saying i owe 580 if i dont pay it will be closed, i quictly did an eft and i den called to rectify but apparently it was paid to boxoffice and the guy expkained y it did it and he said he will transerfer d funds.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today my acc was closed as ppl at home called me. I den called again apparently nothing was done last week and they are sorry. Need one pays me for my inconvience and airtime, and i need it for if dstv u miss a payment dey close your acc and pay a reconection fee. I work for my money so i need back my airtime</p>
