I PAID BUT GOT DISCONNECTED GOSH

<p>So i have 2 decoders, the main is a hd decoder and the other a standard decoder. They were both on dstv access package. So then for last month only(November) i upgraded my hd decoder to dstv compact. This month on the 25th i paid R240...obviously this is not the dstv compact subscription. So dstv decides to disconnect my standard decoder,downgrade my hd decoder to access. I mean if i payed R240 thats obviously for the standard on dstv access. So now the self service sais i have to pay R181 on my main account!!! FOR WHAT WHEN IM NOW IN FREAKEN DSTV ACCESS ON BOTH DECODERS AND R240 IS WHAT IV ALWAYS PAID AND BOTH DECODERS KEPT WORKING! If they kept the hd decoder on compact and disconnected the std decoder then that i would understand as it makes sense! But this though...multichoice is realy taking advantage now cos it knows it has no real competition. I mean really?? See i dont realy care about my hd decoder but the standard decoder is the one i put for my mom! Gosh</p>
