I ordered dstv internet on the 16th May 2023
I ordered dstv internet on the 16th May 2023. Unfortunately, the Router could not work as there was no coverage. Multichoice then decided to cancel my subscription. When I asked for a refund on two premiums I already paid, I'm told that I'm actually liable for the next 23 months premiums on this subscription. I refuse to be ****** by Multichoice and demand every cent I paid for a service I did not receive. I have emails communication to prove my case. I've always loved doing business with dstv but this.......is the worst experience ever.
