I need help,paying for services that are not rendered

DSTV is a ****,I have a router that has not been working since March,I paid march and April even though the router was not working,I wrote a review here they phone me three time but never assisted,I phoned them they told me to pay for the dish and leave the router while they still working on it,I paid,my ditch worked for few days now its off I'm told to pay for the router before they switch on,the same router that they confirmed its shows that it's not utilized now I'm expected to pay for services not rendered,please help I'm now thinking of going to lawyer cause now I paid for the ditch as they said but they not giving me services,
