<p>Please help me with this big problem i have because the call cetre said the is nothing they can do for me, my decoder has been disconnected after i called twice to enquire about my account and they confirmed that they received payment so i need help.</p>

Please note that i am still waiting for the problem to be dealt with as soon as possible as mentioned in your responce, i find it really annoying that no one has called me about this issue and it makes me think that you not taking my complain very seriously and that makes me very unhappy, please if the is no intension to assist please inform me so that i know.
