I need a refund from dstv

Ive recently been experiencing a lot of bad servive with dstv ,first there was amonth where they over charged me and i send them an email they returned my money to my dstv account only to stop my services the next month and i paid when i asked i was told i was.owing from last month which was the same month i was overcharged, now from last month i paid for dstv router and data it was not loaded and i have sent multiple emails to them nothing has been done i sent another email asking for a refund i was told someone relevent will call me no one has done that I want them to refund me my money that i paid for data for three months and i never got the service i am sick of this company they have continously done this sought of thing i.promise you is not just me most of my colleagues are experiencing the same thing please help
