i need a paid up letter but DSTV is giving me run around
<p>i contacted multichoice regarding paid up letter as it appear on my credit report and i was advised that i should pay R86 which i did. and now that i need a paid up letter nobody want to account for it. everyone said i have done an escation and nobody bothered to get back to me i need this to be resolved urgently</p>

We fully understand your frustration and irritation.
Your request has been referred to our finance department to send you a paid up letter and also to request for credit update to be done on your profile. It will take 7 working days before the total update is completed with the credit bureau.
Further please note that Multichoice does not list customers on ITC but only submits customer's payment records to all the credit bureaus for credit score as per CPA rule.
