I literally hate Multichoice

******* service from Multichoice DSTV. We agreed to the price lock deal and they delivered after two weeks thereafter when calling to find out when they would install it we were told that we would have to do it ourselves. So because they didn’t honor the deal I called them and asked them to cancel the whole thing. They took their equipment back and that was that. They never even tried to save me as a client of over 20 years. I then tried months later again to go for the same deal and it was approved but I was told that I was billed for the previous cancelled deal when I asked why no one could explain and when I explained as to why I had to cancel I was told they were going to investigate. And that was about a week ago. I still haven’t heard anything

This was a review from weeks ago and They rep**** by telling me they have rectified my account which was a lie because my application was now declined because of their incompetence
