I just want my money back

<p>I have been contacting DSTV since the 3rd of April to refund a debit order they made erronously in my account. 3 times i have spokent to agents telling me that it iwll be sorted and its 2 weeks later and nothing. I call and i get told the reversal has not even been processed in teh sytem. Seriously, 3 call centre agents and a supervisor and i cannot get my refund processed! Can i just have my money back please, i shoul not have to do a stop order and be charged by my bank for your incompetence.</p>
