I JUST PRAY YOU SEE THIS BEFORE YOU DIG YOUR OWN GRAVE!!!

Multichoice is becoming a **** with employees running away from answering questions related to their services, was on call for about 20mins with their agent (Sebenzile Ntuli) im even starting to wonder if its her real name.... regarding insurance i never approved but have been charged for more than 6 months when I questioned the agent she said i should hold for 2mins which ended up being almost 2hrs and then later she hangup without even getting back to me.....This is very poor and made me feel like they only respect my money and not me as a client and by that i feel its better i stopped my subscribtion and rather connect my television to the internet on my families DSTV account....If DSTV is not really looking on this, people are going to look for other services or even try ******* connections and DSTV will soon be like ESKOM.....only Diamonds are forever, you will fall and it will be like you never even existed as a Broadcasting agency....Carry On and these kind of messages will be reviewed when time is already gone, I JUST PRAY YOU SEE THIS BEFORE YOU DIG YOUR OWN GRAVE!!!
