I have to Pay R350 but i have insurance.

i am so frustatrated with Dstv right now. My decoder stopped working yesterday after the lightning. Today during my lunch time is take my decorder to Atteridgville the consultant tells me the decoder is not working and they are out of stock, she tells me to go to wonderpark or pretoria cbd, i went to wonderpark because its the closest consultant tells me they also dont have stock, i drive to pretoria cbd, the consultant tells me my decoder is fine and that my cable for the decoder is the one thats not working he then further tells me that cables are no longer insured i am like since when, when was the communication sent out, he the tells me i can buy it for R350.... WHAT?????? Where am i going to get that money now. so i am basically without Dstv until month end when i get paid but i pay insurance and subscription every single month to be told that i am not covered... THIS IS UNACCAPTBLE
