I have ordered a stand alone Wi-Fi deal and made the payment of R295 as requested and changed my payment date to the 2nd of every month. I was told that the next payment would be in May 2025 and not April 2025. Also the decoder for my Compact Subscription has been cancelled since last year and now you want to charge me extra. You would need to change your policies when members sign up for your deals and also train your employees correctly. I want my Wi-Fi back on this was agreed and not what you want me to pay for April 2025. This need to be corrected within the next few days.
