I have ordered a router with 50gb per month for a contract of 24 months last year november and the failed to deliver and now on the system its shows its delivered and no one received the router in my house and the keep on debiting money and they failing to provide me with the information of the Caurier company

18 Jan 2022, 20:52You have been saying that for the past two weeks and all of stupid consultant including ure stupid management failing even just pick up a phone and update me i have been calling every you busy ******** people with their hard earn money today i have contacted multichoice 4 times and all off them fail to assist me i spoke with londiwe, and u are very useless and unproffessional and u need to be exposed and dont even dare do debit of that stup router for this next and i need my two months money that u debited. Finish im no longer interest of ure stupid deal. And you busy commiting *****, how can u activate the router without my copy of ID and agreement that i receive the router.

19 Jan 2022, 17:23I have been ****med and ********* by multchoice such a big and high profile business or company i have been calling every day for them to rectify a mistake and today i spoke with Thokozozile and gave me the number to report ***** *** against multi choice and the courier company which they failing to give me details on them and i spoke to Ntombi and advised me to walk in to any multchoice branch and i contacted Nelspruit branch spoke with Tracy and also failing to give the courier company details and all of this people telling that the router its active and they also debited twice and i paying and someone they enjoying so now my next step will open case against multi choice and the ca courier company for *****. so guys beware of them and be careful . i am so ****ed also thinking of canceling the whole packages they are full of nonsense, unprofessional staff and team leaders and management.
