Your services are absolutely shocking. You obviously have to many clients so dont give a **** if one of your clients cant use something they are paying for as long as you receive your subscription fees. That will also be the only time that you actually call your clients if you see a debit order has failed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since last week I have been struggling with my DSTV. I have spend dont know how much on airtime to try and sort out the problem. I have contacted via twitter. I have posted on Hellopeter. NOTHING. No call.

On Friday 14 September ALONE I spend 35 minutes on the phone. Eventually the consultant promised me that a Senior Technician will contact me. I AM STILL WAITING.

On Saturday 15 September I was promised exactly the same thing on Hellopeter. I AM STILL WAITING.

This is rediculous. What the hell is the next step to actually get some freaking service from you. I have tried all methods available to me and NOTHING.

I am on a price lock and will contact my Scorpion Legal team today and see how I can get out of this contract. i dont see the use in paying for something I can't use. Its not like I havent tried to solve the problem. I have all the proof of my numerous attemts. But as I was saying. you dont give a ****, as long as the debit order goes off.

And please dont give me your idiotic system automated reply:

I am starting to see the whole Netflix thing now. Half my family has cancelled their dstv already. i can see why.
