I have lost my trust in this comapny

The service I received from the team leader by the name of Matthew Gobindsamy is disgusting, I had a matter where by on the 26th July I call in and spoke to an agent who rudely placated me on hold to a point where the call cut and this agent went ahead reactive my account without informing me of how much i news do pay and by went. I received an sms informing me that my account has been suspended , how can an account be suspended if I wasn’t told about the amount I need to pay and by when , right now I need to pay R940 for an account I wasn’t aware off the team leader by the name of Matthew Gobindsamy promised to call me back till today he has call the service thag I’m getting is honestly discouraging I don’t recommend this company to anyone
