I have DStv for more that 23 years

I have DStv for more that 23 years. The last few months the premium going one month R340.00 next month R899.00 last month R1017.00 and the end of February my payment should be R1039.00. The package I took is R819.00 a month. I have cancelled all my packages and never want to see or hear about them. They took money wrongly from my account. I wish i could ask for my account to be audit to see how much money the took and put in there back pockets.
