I have been taken from pillar to post with Multichoice regarding change of ownership of a decoder

I have been taken from pillar to post with Multichoice regarding change of ownership of a decoder. They said it should be completed within 48 hours but it’s been full 7 days now. Whenever I follow-up, new consultant, new escalation. They say I have made changes in the past 12 month and despite proving to them via their own confirmation of change of ownership email, nothing has been done.
